Could you do a video on how to handle difficult teammates.. they are lying on the work, always come up with blockers right before the task is due though a week was given per their request and just dedicating only 10% saying it’s their additional responsibility but manager is not willing to expend resource?

I wish these videos came out when I got my first project support job, I’ve felt so anxious and so lost although I’ve had my books. I’ve now started my PM masters and I’m more confident indeed. These videos are so good, just me knowing I know the meanings make me feel much better 😆

Your videos are literally perfect and contain such valuable information! I'm still in school, and with exams popping up and gaining credits for university entrance, we are being asked what we want to do as adults- which is a bit daunting!
