I like "Artifacts".
(1) It sounds cool. Like you sourced it from a ancient text.
(2) All that documentation comes in handy when you need to refer to past projects to help guide you into new projects. It really IS an informative piece of information from the past. An artifact!

I've been PM-ing within my Management position for a few years and just started formalizing my skills via the Google Cert courses. The language is truly a great resource to refine my process. It may be a while before I use "artifact" regularly though.

Thank you so much for your content. I consider your channel one of my key resources in my journey to PMP.

Madam, you tried your best to explain your understanding of the PM terminology. Appreciated 👏 But, you still need to dive deep with hands on experience, understand and internalize the terminology for better alignment with PM Terminology. Wishing you all the best and stay blessed. 🙏

In interviewing new PM's, I do like to use those words in questions such as tell me the difference in waterfall vs agile, what is scope creep and what is the best in Alignment and Autonomy? I give out bonus points if they use the words Quantitative or Ambiguity.. :D

I've never used half of these in this context and I'd never say them lol In the UK I think we'd just get laughed at!

While jargon is great as way to provide a short hand way of conveying ideas, be careful of language that promotes obscurity and leans towards business speak. Saying things like "sharping the tip of the spear" and "breaking down silos of indifference" might make you feel smart but will confuse and promote indifference in your audience. Read "Why businesspeople speak like idiots"

I sometimes wonder if some of these needless terminology will lead to the slow decline of our civilisation.
