When traveling significant distances to get from point A to point B, we tend to use Harvest Hosts. I don't think I'd be able to sleep at a Rest Area and Walmart's can be rather shady. So far, after 2 years, we've never had a bad stay!!! Feels good to help out small family farms or businesses too!!!

Even if you don't use the trailer much, never let your tires get more than 5 years old. Learn to read the date of manufacture on tires. New Tires are much, much cheaper than the cost of repairs to your trailer if you have a blow out.

Just getting out from under home ownership expenses.... mortgage, taxes, insurance, etc is a big savings!

Btw... the uneven outside edge wear on that tire is the result of improper inflation or a wheel alignment that's out of spec!

EZ Pass works everywhere in the eastern states. Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas all take each others toll passes as well.

Yes, Harbor Freight has some shitty tools, but I have some that have lasted years and going strong. Example: their lathes are actually made by Jet. Their belt and spindle sanders are workhorses, etc. It all depends on the type of tool.
