It is in Greece, close to the iconic Mount Olympus, that Mountain Tea grows, in the wild, on rocky slopes over 1000 meters in altitude. Traditionally used since ancient times, it is still widely consumed today throughout the Balkans as a popular beverage. Used also in folk medicine, it is recognized by the European Medicine Agency for its immunity properties.
