Why didnt you use voltage divider to get the voltage across the two diodes?

Why didn't you analyze the case when Diode 01 [connected with 12V] is conducting & Diode 02 [connected with 6V] is not conducting? Please explain.

Sir if we use nodal analysis at Vx. ix direction is given. so we need to take negative
Means
((Vx-12)/2 )+((Vx-6)/2)-((Vx-15)/3) = 0
Then..?

why didn't you apply the same logic to the diodes to the right side? (i mean the logic that only one would be conducting when in parallel configuration)
