Thanks very much for this. I found your video while troubleshooting a Bluetooth headset connection problem with Zoom. The problem, in my case, turned out to be hiding in the Advanced tab of the Audio Settings within Zoom. The issue I was having was that the microphone worked perfectly but I was not able to hear audio. In the advanced tab of the audio settings, I had, at some point, turned ON the "Signal Processing by Windows" which somehow blocked audio playback. Simply turning it off fixed the problem.

Another fixing options- in Audio setting of zoom set "speaker" as Headset ( and not headphone) and similarly in microphone choose Headset (and not headphone). For me it worked.
