Guys, if these tips still don't work, do the following. Turn off your cell phone screen but don't turn off the device, disconnect your earphones from your cell phone, press the button on your earphones where the microphone is located and insert it back into the device with the button pressed, with the button still pressed turn on the device's screen again, after turning on the screen you can release the microphone button and it will be working.
