The grand Jury cant make that decision BEFORE THE TRIAL, need just enough evidence to take it to trial. If they have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, you wouldnt need a trial.

Defense is arguing & complaining that grand jury indictment should be based on an elevated standard of being a reasonable doubt rather than probable cause.

Let me just say to the MEDIA don't screw up follow the rules so when this case does go to trial the cameras will be allowed. I think the judge is seeing how the media takes heed to his warnings so don't screw up. Thank you in advance but seriously don't F... UP
