The best phrase for me in this video is "It is not how much I know, but how much I learn". I have enrolled some business studies, listening to successful entrepreneurs, reading business, strategy, leadership, team growing and leading books, like you said in previous video looking for the right idea (sniper method). The problem is there are so much information and books, videos about business, but sometimes it's difficult to know which one to choose. Which one will get me faster to the breakthrough idea.

I was about to say it's hard to find trustworthy teammates or partners so I want to do it all on my own. However I just came to an epiphany that I am giving myself a limited belief. I made assumption based on my past experience...

Smart Entrepreneurs -
1. Never Micromanage. Learn that you are a macrothinkers. Need to figure out where we're going. Figure out vision. Recruit and hire talent to help execute vision. You as a leader allocate resources. You cannot do that when you are micromanaging!
2. Don't Say Yes to Everything - Realize you have a finite amount of time, capital, resources. Must learn to prioritize. Over Dan's career, Dan would say yes to everything in the beginning, then sometimes yes, and then no to everything.
3. Never Stop Listening to Ideal Customers - You cannot fulfill other customers' needs if you don't know what their needs are!
4. Focus on profits, not revenues - What matters is what you take home, not what your company makes.
5. Never Stop Learning! - What will get you to the next level is often hidden in something that you don't yet know.
