If I understand this correctly, I first have to download assets I have purchased on the asset store, then upload them to the asset manager, or is there a way to select purchased assets to be added to the cloud? Right now it seems like I first have to create a dummy project, download entire packs, upload the ones I really wanted, go back into my real project and download them again, seems like there could be a shortcut here?

Is there a self-hosted alternative to this?

Can we get same package, but for local storage, so we do not need to import whole projects and packages to get one file from it and search and manage our asset database with ease?

So you really expect people to upload their custom created, expensive assets on a foreign cloud without having access to the structure at least? Bold.

What about the asset store? It would be great to stop using the Package Manager and having import THE WHOLE LIBRARY every time I want to use just one asset...
