Similarly, you cannot use starlight road (which can negate an effect that would destroy 2 or more cards on the field) against an effect that only can destroy more than 2 cards: Levianeer has an effect to destroy up to 2 cards on the field, but since it could just destroy 1, Starlight Road cannot be used to negate it.

This interaction happened in duel links. There was a skill that would guarantee heads so stardust couldn't prevent the destruction effect from the time wizard or another card due ot the coin flip being an uncertain outcome

genius, so to consider a ruling one must ignore the field and check if the card is clear enough or just vague. I swear this game is waaay too much for children Maybe they should teach yugioh in law schools

Its pretty similar to the dangers with a floodgate where because special summoning isnt guaranteed u can use their effect to randomly discard
