i had one and sent it back for a refund, had a few issues (all software[unrepairable]) contacted support for each one didnt get a response, probably because your support staff is overloaded with complaints about a flawd product. bighest issue was that my SIM card (5g right size) was incompatible with the software, my cell provider is the only one that proficiently provides service to the rural area i live in. so theres no repairing the issues i encountered.
