My charge2+ turns on connects to my phone but does not make any sound when connecting or it turns on why could that be?!? Any help helps. Thanks!🤙🏼✌🏼

Hey.. bought this speaker and there is only at one side speakers? because im getting sound from only one side (side where jbl logo is) .. maybe i didnt notice that before that.. but now i think i broke my speaker or idk

Hello, i have like that the same JBL charge 2+.My probleme it is easy to get lowbat.When i played music it last 20mins..And if i do charging the 4 led indicator is full and the last led is blinking.Seems it charging but when i use it after charge 20mins it got turned off.Could it be that the battey is defective???

my jbl 2+ accidentally fall down now i can still connect but no sound anymore.. do you have idea what's the problem?

Is it bad to shake the device or drop it?
I have only dropped it once but it wasn't too bad.
The front grill has a dent but it's very hard to notice at all.
I also shook it a couple of times and heard and felt something inside moving, is it bad if I shake it too much?
