Hi I have the same model but mine doesn’t have any sound. It charges and turns on but no sound what so ever. What do you think is wrong with it? Any suggestions

I have the exact same model. It doesn't charge and when I turn on some audio (with the speaker plugged in), nothing is heard and sometimes it makes a short hum. What do you think it might have from the description I wrote you
