I peel and cut up my ginger into 1 inch pieces and freeze the pieces and just pull out as needed and grate them with a zester! I didn't realize that was actually a recommended option though! It works and definitely ensures I always have ginger on hand for my recipes! God bless you, Ms. Pam, you're brilliant!

I always peel the whole piece of ginger and store in the freezer. Take the whole piece out, grate what you need and place the rest back in the freezer. So easy to grate and is fine like snow.

U can actually cut a piece of ginger and still leave it out. The area that was cut will dry and seal itself back up. Been doing it for many years.

We tried your tip from an earlier video to make romaine last longer by wrapping it with aluminum foil. It really works! We were throwing out almost as much as we were managing to eat! Now it lasts twice as long and we eat it all! Thank you so much!😊🥰😍

I have stored my ginger chopped up in white wine. Lasts for a very long time... I just get it and use it as I need it. Thank you for sharing your tips! 👍

I keep it in my freezer...yup, it's easier to grate. Grate up a half a cup of ginger, put it on a paper towel, then fold it over like a sandwich. It's called a poultice. Now apply to any sore joint with a loose ace wrap. Keep it on overnight. Remove and trash the poultice in the morning. It pulls out the inflammation and stops the pain. This is our go-to for joint pain before pills. Works every time.
