It is always good to remove negative terminal of battery before removing any sensor. It avoids any potential damage to sensor. I am sure, you must have done it, but should have been shown in video.

At 2:43 i think a little bit of contact cleaner spray would help.

Thanks for posting, have to do this soon

A suitable MAP sensor cleaner is any contact cleaner that leaves no residue after drying, which AFAIK is all of them. Do not spend your money using a MAF sensor cleaner in a MAP, that is for a completely different type of sensor. If in doubt think about where the MAP sensor is placed vs the MAF sensor. MAP sensors are always exposed to engine oil, hence resistant to petroleum based solvents. MAF sensors are placed before the throttle body where almost no oil recirculation should reach it.

I've been reading your comments about rough idle. you could also try cleaning / replacing your mass airflow sensor. Ignition coils go after some time too. not always spark plugs.

I cleaned my map sensor and the check engine came on a few minutes later after running the car. It only goes off once I get the car moving at a certain speed...amazon does have the part GM for $48 which is awesome ☆

Is Throttle Body & Air Intake Cleaner a suitable alternative?

Man, why did not you use a car scanner. It would be easier. My car had the same prb like yours. I pit new spark plug, throttle body and celan MAP and MAF. After scanner, the problem was coil.

Does the sensor have to be one-way? Because it is a broken sensor and its direction is variable.

I noticed you used MAF sensor cleaner to clean the MAP sensor! Is this OK, because I cleaned my MAP sensor with MAF sensor cleaner, using the exact same brand that’s in the picture of your video, and now my check engine light is on.

I have a 308 / 2010 and stupidly I can´t locate the map sensor. It´s not on the same spot as it is in this 307. Where should I look?
