how to PROPERLY “install” tap cons into masonry concrete

install tapcon is tricky....even if you drill correctly, if you over drill the hole is gonna be too big, so immediately once the hole is drilled is better to stop and then take the dust out...

Why is the head of the tapcon 8mm. That does not make any sense?

Never use a 1/4 “ masonry bit for a 1/4” tapcon !!! Bad info!!! The masonry bit should always be smaller in diameter than the tapcon.. says so right on the box. 1/4” tap requires a 3/16” masonry …3/16” tap requires a 5/32” masonry .
