My Gosh! Ted was active when I got started (1978). Competition? 99% will lose interest leaving YOU to reap the harvest. TIP: houses owned by deceased people don’t care…but their HEIRS do!

Good to see you. I attended your 3 day seminar in Merritt Island 10-12 years ago. Yes, you are the MASTER when it comes to overages. Hopefully I still have your training materials. Worked the overages for a few months but went on to building new homes. Older now and getting back in it. Just checked the Overages in Marion County (Ocala) and it appears Marion County is only holding the funds 12 months and then send to the state. Years ago they held on much longer that that. I am in Volusia County, FL. What training materials/courses do you have available?

Mr. Thomas, I've been studying tax sale overages and how to claim a fee. I have to ask, how do you feel about claiming 30% or more as a fee?

Hello Ted, thank you for such a great video! Can the overage business be done if you are not a USA citizen or live in the USA? Thank you.

Hi Ted, can the owner of the property say "no" to the deal offer, then he/she go claim if for himself? it's his money anyway.
