Like your vids. Pro tip for you, when checking ac voltage use your LoZ setting. You won't be tricked by ghost voltage. Only the CL700 and CL800 have that option on klein meters

Should the power cord be plugged in when checking the first power connector you checked?

My washer is stuck in the drain mode and none of the lights are working. I have unplugged it several times and have done the reset 2-3 times. Can you help me?

So my output voltage in only about 4 DC volts. I AMYs that means my control board is faulty. You did not shore this the fix, just the diagnostic.
