I’ve made a Mac & Cheese for friends and family for years that they love and request often. When I saw you make this Mac and cheese I decided to give it a try for our Italian Christmas supper. I am so glad I did everyone really enjoyed it! Even the vegetarians gave it a try and loved the flavor. I now have two go to Mac and Cheese favorites. Btw I’m addicted to your “Oh year baby” fried peppers (Chile de Arbol) too.
