Welsh to ban 'racist' dogs!

Doggy-phobia has struck Wales like a thunderbolt.
Yes Climate Cymru BAME has compiled a report for the Welsh government - and been paid for it via taxpayer dosh - that includes the gem of banning dogs from certain open areas, so as to promote ‘diversity’.
