As a black person living in Wales who is absolutely petrified of dogs, this is some next level nonsense. Honestly this is some click bait nonsense that's fuelling racist propaganda. Dogs are not racist, certain areas of the park like children play areas I think should restrict dogs just for safety reasons, or if it's an unfaced park where children play dogs should be on leashes.
