What if the Yellowstone Volcano Erupted?

Underneath Yellowstone is a supervolcano with enough energy to wipe out the United States, and a bit of the world with it. It won't erupt for another thousand years, but what if it did? What would happen? Well here is one scenario.

Just to say it, NASA actually has a plan to calm down Yellowstone, but it will take around 1, 000 years, they plan to dig a geothermal well around the lava well and underneath part of it and slowly suck geothermal energy from it using cold water

Major error. The eruption won't spew lava beyond the local geological boundaries. The actual cauldron diameter isn't large enough to explode large sections of any state, only the park itself.
