Spider-Man Classic the game was set to have Spidey fans traveling through some of Spider-Man's most exciting, classic villian fights from the comics and that it would have been "told in panel-by-panel faithfulness to the original comic. The episodic take on boss encounters and storytelling would be picked up in Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, a fine game but one that couldn’t match Shaba’s free-flowing Spider-combat.

Once the page gets to pictures of the Web of Shadows characters then yes that is concept art from WOS but the above pictures are from the cancelled Spidey game.

I wish to own WoS one day, but I've seen tons of gameplay from it and seen 2 of the endings to the game and since Beenox took over, that may have been the reason why the game was cancelled. Beenox's games range from okay to good, WoS looked AWESOME. Maybe they could surprise us and bring back Activision and/or Treyarch to replace Beenox, or Beenox should get more creative w/their games and make better quality games.

No but Beenox did use the Mysterio concept art to help design there own version for Shattered Dimension, the Carnage im guessing was just scrapped due to Shattered Dimensions doing the Ultimate version whereas the concept art was the classic Carnage.

No it's not if you read it correctly it says "After the release of Web of Shadows in 2008, Shaba Games started work on the natural sequel project, with the working title of “Spider-Man Classic.” During this pre-production, I managed to find time to model a few characters, until the project was cancelled and the next Spidey title was granted to Beenox, in Montreal"

Actually you can continue after credits basically all you do is this:

To unlock the option to play through the game with previous upgrades, beat the game once through. Keep in mind that you have to cycle through the end credits once, then hit Continue from the game’s main menu before going through the credits a second time. Hereafter, you can begin a new game with all of your upgrades (and more) from your previous save.

I would love a game like this, only problem. Wouldn't we get a different story for everybody, based on the ending we chose? For example, if we chose the bad ending, shouldn't we be fighting Symbiote Wolverine, like in the ending?
