The problem with intrinsic valuations is that they are subjective and the variations are huge. Waiting for assets to reach an intrinsic valuation, whatever method is used, will often result in the price just moving away after a small pullback leaving you stranded. Some analysts think Nvidia is cheap now, not overvalued and should be bought. It's all personal opinion.

Average into a put position 12 month expiations on all the leading tech stocks. Sell it half way through or after correction is in and before the rate cuts

IMO, the log scaling on the S&P charts makes the drawdowns seem a lot less than they would be psychologically felt. The 50%+ ones in 2000 and 2008 are recent examples - they look like 14-15% on the charts.
