You Will Dream About This Sudoku

Stimim has created one of the most original and interesting puzzles we've seen. This is NOT easy but the logic is so beautiful. Try the puzzle here:

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. In cages, digits must sum to the small digit in the top left corner of the cage ie 10 in every case! Along thermometers, digits must increase from the bulb end. Cells separated by a knight’s move in chess cannot contain the same digit.

Thanks for playing my puzzle. To me, this is not bifurcating / guessing. To me, bifurcating means that one is trying a possibility, and when it failed, they need to backtrack, and try a (very) different path. But in this puzzle, all 24 permutations are symmetrical, and we are working on ALL possibilities at the same time, until we can disambiguate them.
This is like solving a system of equations, each equation tells you some relation / restriction between the variables. And in the end, hopefully, we can determine the value of each variable.

This is the kind of puzzle where it'd be nice to be able to put letters in the boxes so you could keep track of which cells were the same without knowing the number.

My absolute favorite part about watching these? Watching Simon's face *light up* when he finds something through logic, like the fact that the 7 can't go!

Absolutely beautiful puzzle. The very idea that a thermometer is used as a key to assign the correct values to the variables is incredible. And the fantastic symmetries on those dominos makes this not only a very good idea but a well executed one as well.
