[DH-12] Tensions in Frictionless Train and Acceleration

Показать описание
In this problem a "Train" with 3 equal masses is pulled with a force F. The acceleration of the system, and the two tensions between cars are expressed in terms of m1, m2, m3, and F. The limiting cases of M1 = Huge, and M3 = Huge are discussed. Finally the acceleration and tensions are calculated for the case where: m1 = m2 = m3 = 10 kg, and F = 100 N.
