This does not work if you don't have administrator privileges in the domain. You will get a message that says that the operation requires elevation. That's as far as you go w/o admin privileges.

Gotta just love how clamped down win11 is, even to just open Task Manager (prompt) or Device Manager (blocked unless you use admin CMD)
