So my mum decided it was a good idea to put a UAC on my computer for no reason then she forgot the password to it so now i cant download any thing onto my computer ever again is there any way i could reset it without the password

but what if i wanted to stop the uac of another windows account?? i wanted to install an app to the computer but my brother has his windows account and it has password only he knows.. his uac pops up everytime and I can't install it..

In my Action Center under security, User Account Control says "Off" and UAC will never notify.  When I click on "Choose your UAC level, " it says that UAC will always notify.  What the deal with my contradiction?  Thanks for your attention.

thanks for the share Nerdishcouk Under what circumstances UAC pop up in windows ?? i don't know is this work on my pc or not this is my case i just change to w-7 professional 64 bit on first every thing is working good but went i restart my pc for some software requirement ask to be restart my pc then this damn UAC has pop up went it pop up all my Corsair driver stop function i have to repair it from ( uninstall a program ) this keep repeat it every time when io do the shut or restart my pc other than this is the other solution????
