Growing Kits:

Seeds:

⬇️SEED SPROUTING DIRECTIONS⬇️

DAY 0
Soak 10 - 15 minute to prevent mold
2 - 4 TBSP seeds per Jar
2 TBSP ACV
Water
Rinse very well, add fresh filtered water & soak 8 - 10 hours. Rinse and drain out of direct sunlight..

DAY 1 & 2
RInse and Drain 2-4 times in 24 hours, store out of direct sunlight.

DAY 3
Continue to Rinse and Drain and store with sun exposure to green up sprouts.

Harvest around Day 3 to Day 5

Store in Fridge or Freezer.

Enjoy in Salads, Sandwiches and smoothies!

I love broccoli sprouts - --and as regular broccoli doesn't agree with my gut, thank goodness they are SO nutritious.
