Hi! Thank you for this informative video! Could you go more in depth about how was your child birth experience? Did you get an epidural? Or was your child birth un-medicated? Did you tear naturally (from vagina to rectum) or was it an episiotomy (when they surgically cut you from vagina to the side of your bum)? Was child birth painful? ... I am pregnant and wondering about all this. Thanks!!
