I'm almost 63. I've worked hard to keep my health and strength.
Covid and having cataracts for 2years that made me near blind. I could not drive and had to make many adjustments.
Lost my husband in 1week in 2019, had a stroke in my sleep the week after.
It's been rough. You've got to realize that you can get through problems if you have a good set of ethics, take cate of yourself while you grieve, even if it's alone.
It's good to hear this, alongside what life throws at you.

As someone probably in the top .01% of youngest looking people for my age group as a 41 year old, I consistently get mistaken for mid 20s. You want to maximize your genetic potential to look the youngest as possible. I'd have to say looking young is probably like 75% genetics and 25% lifestyle.

What I do for the lifestyle:
-8 hours of sleep
-caloric restriction and intermintent fasting
-eat unprocessed foods
-be active
- go outside and if possible go in the ocean
-strong social life
-get sun but protect your skin from overexposure to direct UV ( especially if you're white)
-wash my face with cold water
-moisturize face when needed
-minimize stress, control my work schedule
-dont take my life serious and have fun

I am 62 years old and for the last 5 years or so I have been tired and sleepy most days. I used to love to go hiking, now I never feel like going but I do anyway. I have tried everything I can find online and everything checks out good when I go to the doctor for checkups, nothing helps. I took antidepressants for almost a year with no change. Exercise doesn't help me. The crazy thing is that even though I'm almost 63 now, a lot of my friends and family think I still look like I'm 50, I just want feel like I did when I was 50. lol I've also been Keto since 01/01/22 and no change with that even with 12 lbs gone and more muscle added. Thanks for what you do Thomas!

Thank you Thomas for every information that you have put out.
I started to take in all of the information that you've shared. I've lost 20lbs just in time for my Maui trip. Best thing is that change, has and will be a lifestyle I've chosen. Aloha Annette
P.S. keep up the great thing your doing!

Thanks! I lost 56lbs in 2019, following your work, and one of the benefits of extended fasts, IF and keto was youthfulness. I'm 62 but people guess 40's. That said, so much of this is genetic. Just got my dna work done. I actually have a genetic predisposition fir extended telemere preservation, collagen preservation and longevity. Even fat sensing. Seems I'm predisposed to not craving carbs but, I metabolize carbs well, seeking out protein and feeling satiated. I could have been an athlete instead of a debate, journalism nerd. I have the sprinter gene and an indurance gene. Claims I loose weight more easily on a low fat diet 🥱 and have no particular benefit to following a Mediterranean diet.

I'm aware that there's a supplement called "NOVOS CORE". It's basically a longevity and Anti aging mix that addresses most of those causes.

I hope they make a device that allows us to track some of our bodies metrics to narrow down specific problems automatically to see which areas are best focused on a case by case basis.

Can you make a video on kefir? I think it’s important to note the importance of kefir when it comes to the micro biome as it’s the most potent probiotic that we can take in natural form.

I'm 63 with fair skin. I've lost about 45 pounds in 2 and a half months on Keto. I've about 20 more pounds to lose. Any tips for tightening the skin? Thank you so much for your videos Thomas!

Just a five day water fast is a enough to stem up those stem cells. This also will help lengthen telomeres.

I usually eat a 0 carb breakfast but found that sardines and squash for dinner reduces my inflammation. I consistantly wake more than a pound lighter.

We do a 5 day/ month "hit and run" with Fisetin and Cuercetin to help remove senescent cells. Does it work? Who knows. 😏
