What about when the pain comes without warning? As in the feeling of sudden electric shock running down your leg? Or pain that NEVER goes away. You can plan for something that's coming if it never left to begin with. Or how about if you are not able to sit down and relax? Perhaps these are good tools for some but kinda sick of people telling me to "just relax and dfo yoga." Smh

If you are in pain (Chronic pain) “Real Pain”. You can’t relax ! Much less do anything else ! This is all a crock ! I was sent to a PT once and took two weeks to recover. I don’t know what the hell these people were talking about !

This video was extremely vague and not only unhelpful but helps further spread negative stigma that chronic pain can be yoga and releaxed away.
Itbwould have been more helpful if you had told us about what pain this person suffers with as this more so seems like a actor who is trying to push the mind over matter trope and it is a negative to need to rely on medication.

Many people with chronic pain, myself included, are not able to exercise our pain away or just ignore it. Constant unrelenting pain grinds down your will, sense of self and energy.

Please stop spreading vague harmful videos
