What I HATE about crypto is if you have a issue you can NOT talk to a real person, they only give you a few standard issues to pick from, I've need some real help from a real live person and there is no one at all you can talk to on these exchanges.
Crypto isn't easy to understand or use for the average person.

This is prob a really stupid question and im genuinely sorry for asking prob the most basic question ever but im new to learning all the self custody stuff and its all a lil overwhelming with what to actually do/choose because i see non stop bad and good reviews on every exchange/wallet.
- If you have a wallet online with a seed phrase can you be hacked if they dont have access to your seed phrase or can they hack you anyway because the account/wallet is online?
- Or if i have a online/hot wallet app with a seed phrase but keep it on a phone/laptop/pad that stays offline can that be hacked as well??

Moving crypto and setting up your wallet is easy, I youtubed how. I eventually set up 2 nano x’s and split my crypto in half between the 2 and then made multiple copies of my keys and split those between 2 safe deposit boxes so if one bank burns down, I have keys for both wallets in another bank. I also placed my keys in an envelope and put my initials and date over where the envelope closes so I know no one has viewed my keys. It’s scary, I know, but you can do this.

Best way to keep the seeds is with border wallet. Metal plates are considerably tough, but a flood incident or a major disaster and they are gone.
