Neville Goddard, how to manifest anything.
The core of the process is to create a state of mind where you feel you already have obtained the thing desired. Whether this thing is a physical possession or a character trait or union with the divine you, by using your imagination and ignoring all your physical senses tell you to the contrary, assume it is already so in your imagination and mind. You live in the state as if it were already so. Once a state of mind is assumed in imagination Neville tells us it is only a short matter of time before the outer physical world will reflect the inner mental one.

What is the promise according to Neville Goddard?
Each is destined to awaken one day as Jesus Christ, who is nothing less than God Himself! Everyone is destined to awaken as God! The birth cannot be of the flesh, for flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God. It cannot enter the Kingdom of God – only Spirit, for God is Spirit.
What did Neville Goddard say?
“Change your conception of yourself and you will automatically change the world in which you live. Do not try to change people; they are only messengers telling you who you are. Revalue yourself and they will confirm the change.”
Did Neville Goddard believe in Jesus?
Goddard viewed the Bible as a parable of the human psyche as opposed to a record of historical events and it has to be interpreted as a guidebook to enlightenment and personal power. Therefore, Goddard did not believe in an external God who answers prayers, but rather that "[y]you are the creator".
Death. Goddard died on October 1, 1972, aged 67, from a brain aneurism. He had been a resident of Los Angeles for roughly 20 years.
