R2 this was great. Bring more of these dynamic drills along with stationary! It was great to see how you adjusted along with the guy and not editing it out! Great to see new faces who are trying to learn! 💪

This is a great vid like seeing the mess ups because I wanna try out for my school team and I’m in 8th grade and I’ve never been on a team I jus play pickup and I’m tryna get better with my left hand half of me thinks I’m a lil too late to try to get on a team because everyone else has a lot more experience but I’m gonna keep trying

amazing stuff, best coach ever...I wanna ask, if I lack wrist flexibility, what should I do? It is very difficult for me to raise up from the shot pocket to the set point and shoot because my wrist can't go back as much and I end up having the ball sort of slip out from my hand when I shoot...but, when I do the one hand form shooting I shoot very well (relatively) because the ball starts at the set point and my shooting hand already behind the ball. so my problem is really not shooting but moving the ball from the shot pocket to my set point, that negative motion of bring the ball up plus the lack of wrist flexibility makes it difficult to have my hand behind the ball when shooting pull up and as a reuslt i dont have much control if any. if my wrist has to go back 90 degree, then my elbow is bent, sort of 2 motion kind of elbow where it points forward and front instead of directly down...thanks

one suggestion: instead of showing, get them to shadow/do it at the same time as you do it. am a beginner and i really need to slow you down to 0.25 to be able to see whats really going on :)

Thanks coach. Am a coach too but I have little problem with my point guard that likes to drive all the way after rebounding to make basket. He makes basket but then that's not theme. Been correcting that gradually just did your view.
