It's mad to me that I've heard pundits moaning that English managers don't get a chance at the top 4 clubs, and then those same pundits saying Potter isn't ready, Potter shouldn't take this job. Which is it, because it can't be both?

I really don't believe that results have half the impact on a manager's job as they used to. If you have a complicated relationship with the owners from the start. It's only ever going to go one way.

I think Todd B wanted to stick with Tuchel for the long run however tuchel didn’t want to be involved with the background affairs which I think is fine. I love TT to death but for some reason I felt this was going to happen managers such as Jose and conte had moments like TT towards the end of their stints there. I think TT even said during a couple post match interviews ago finally I can only focus of managing again

I think Tuchels attitude since the beginning of session (and during the summer) was really poor, I feel he had a bad effect on players as well. Every game just complaining and arguing and players followed.

Complete nonsense. He has effectively ended his career now. He will be at Chelsea for a year to 18 months, be in roughly the same place as Brighton, get fired, Brighton will have moved on, and he will be scratching around at Championship clubs. Pointless, career ending move.

Well just like everyone dreams of a chance after practice, Potter did his practices and now it's time for him to show what he's been dreaming and practicing a lot. He needs time at Chelsea now and I hope he gets it.

Still can't my head around how can you give a manager £200m to spend to just sack him week later, when he wasn't part of the long term plans. Todd Boehly hasn't got a clue, what he's doing especially in the game.

We need to root out the player power at Chelsea and I can assure you, potter will be a success! There are players who do think they are bigger than the club and hence when they want someone out, they make sure they get it done!
