We need to feel more comfort in all our emotions, states and humanness - that means eliminating their association to gender-norms; and building boundaries around those that still operate in this Emotionally immature thinking.

They can build a thick wall of indifference to protect ourselves from the world of “emotion and feminine” - it’s incomprehensible and foreign to them, so therefore they can’t stand the idea of being in unknown territory swept away at sea in powerlessness.

So they get lost in labels, fitting our gender roles in boxes. To avoid the paradox of the confusion that envelopes our human existence.

This system believes:

We can’t be emotional AND Strong
We can’t be nurturing AND devoted to progress/discomfort
We can’t be fully expressed AND taken seriously

We live in the tyranny of OR.
Killing off one path that feels alien or a place of incompetence to us - as the embarrassment that may come with the vulnerability of BEING the unknown shows too much up for stake; having operated in hundreds of years of patriarchy, dominance hierarchy, and fighting eachother for resources.

Men in this being are a fuck-ton of mismatch to our current reality which is now opening up to wholesomeness and acceptance of men moving into self expression and emotional understanding.

Today calls for a revolution of sexual essence OVER sexual identification and roles.

This means owning the paradox that we are a combination of traits across a spectrum, and need to feel safety being them, rather than shamefully suppressing them and hiding in very insecure and fragile identities, that destroy genuine authentic connection.
