Lesson 80! We got this!! Anyone else doing the 365?

I recently had a wave of inner peace sweep through me; no more anxiety about the future, no pit in my stomach... only a sense that life moving forward is going to be great. I'm not sure if this is the ego death, letting go and letting God, forgiving past grievances to others and self, taking responsibility for my thoughts, my commitment to look for ways to help others, leading with love and connection, deep reflection and meditation or a combination of all. That pit and anxiety has been there for years and is gone. Weird but wonderful.

I am doing this course in the midst of the pandemic. I am a senior living alone. I want to thank you. You and this course are holding me together. Not all the time ... but often enough (I trust).

Thank you! From lesson 79, we talked about our problem being grievances. Believing we are lovable and whole is different than grievances... or at least I am failing to see how they are the same.
