This is the best video Ive found so far for this type of exercises. I have joint hypermobility and I read this isometric exercises help a lot.
If you had more guided isometric routines I would totally watch them every week! ! !

I really love these exercises. The chair against the wall really kills! Could you make another video for a 10 minute isometric workout that focuses on butt/glutes?
