For such persons do not serve our Lord Christ, but their appetites, and smooth talk and flattery they deceive the hearts of the naive.
It's vitally important we have decernment when it come to music, preachers, Bible studies, etc. Do no assume well known Christian's are continuing to following Christ. Brylan, another great video!🙂

Brylan, as a Worship leader this has been one of my biggest convictions. I reach out to many of these main stream Christian artists and I'm usually called legalistic or judgemental. It feels like the whole industry is compromised. I urge Local Churches to write and look for their own Worship songs . We shouldn't have to depend on people that aren't truly living for God to write the songs we sing. Thanks for covering this❤🙏

When COV*D happened, so much was revealed about the world, including fake Christianity. At times it is overwhelming and depressing, but more and more it is exciting to see people who are being pulled out of the false religions promoted by the world. Keep shedding light on it. Salt and Light. Never more needed in my life time.

I used to be a “white Wiccan witch” before genuinely accepting Christ and growing in the faith. The ritual is considered to be a “white” spell meaning you are looking and accepting you need to come closer to “the light”. But, all it truly does is get you deeper into rituals because you MUST get closer to the “light of life”. It is all wrapped up in saving your life, but you don’t rely on anything except yourself. Then, if the ritual doesn’t work, you get encouraged to join a coven. It looks very innocent, but it changes little by little until you are reeled in and become afraid you are a bad person and a bad witch because nothing is happening exactly as you expected. I thank God my husband didn’t give up on me. We both became genuine Christians and joined church together.

So... this goes right along with my own testimony. God seriously saved me from myself and from the world. When I was 15, I was introduced to a couple of singers that were kind of big back in the 70's and 80's. This all happened through the church I was going to, and grew up in. I was a singing "prodigy", of sorts. I was 9 when I started in the choir and was a 1st soprano, which at that time was apparently unheard of, or so I was told. I was trained by a few people over my young life and was in music competitions (won all of them) and went on to be asked by one of the singers I was introduced to when I was 15, if I would help with harmonies on his album. So, after getting permission from my folks, I was able to go and record with him. That was my first real taste of what that world looked like. The competitions were fun, but that was for different churches in our state, but a recording studio was the real deal. Also, at the age of 15, I was offered a fully paid scholarship to Point Loma Nazarene College to study music and basically "make my church proud." Well, for some reasons I won't mention, and because I had a very funny feeling about all of that, I turned it down. I was told I was being foolish, that I didn't know what I was doing because I was so young and shouldn't make that decision yet, that I was being impetuous and jumping the gun by making a decision and not waiting until after high school. I knew the Holy Spirit was making me stop and think, while others were trying to get me to just take the offer. The more they pushed, the more I felt uncomfortable and then I just dropped it. Never spoke of it again to anyone in the church.

I knew what the desires of my heart were at that age. I wanted a family. I wanted to be married, I wanted kids, and I wanted the man that God had promised me (a different part of my testimony that is linked to all of this). God knew my heart and was preparing me for bigger and better things that had nothing to do with money or fame on day. I had learned a lot about the music industry when I was young, and there was something there that was unsettling, and I never got into the music scene because of it.

It wasn't until after I had already had my family and was living a very monetarily poor life that God revealed to me what He was doing with me. I wasn't going to be a famous singer. I was going to sing to my children at bed time, when they needed comforted, I was going to sing to my husband on dates or when we were alone, I was going to do some solos and duets in church, but I would never further that into life. That's what my voice was for, and that is how it would be used.

I have been so grateful that God kept me from the music industry. I would rather be poor and have no money, but have Jesus, than to have all the money I could handle and sell my soul for wealth. That's where these people are. The spirit of greed has oppressed them, and Satan has used that power and money to lead them away from Jesus. We are to NOT store up treasures on earth but in Heaven where those treasures are safe and will be there for us when it's time. These people have allowed the spirit of greed to overtake them. There is nothing interesting or covet worthy about what they have. I hope they all repent and give their lives properly to God and to HIS ministry, and not their own.

I’m disappointed in For King and Country. Sad! I’m married to a non-believer. He believes in God, but after marrying him, it became apparent that he’s not saved. For anyone reading this and contemplating marriage with a non-believer, please realize that it will only complicate your life and loyalties. Marriage is sacred and I know all I can do is pray 🙏 and try to be the best Christian wife I can be. My prayer is for God to open his heart and mind for him to be saved. For King and Country came to our church and they spoke about what their music was about and from what they said all songs are based on God. They did say that love me like I am IS ABOUT HOW GOD loves them. They seemed very wholesome and spoke about their love for God

"we've lost the reverence for God." such a true statement. I love writing music that glorifies God and I want to put more songs on Spotify. I aim to encourage others, serve, glorify God, and make Jesus known. I will not compromise. If God has a plan to place me in the Christian music industry, I would love to have you as a mentor haha. I am not afraid to speak the truth. It's time for people to repent and have reverence for God.

I've been dirt bike riding in Australia with Joel & Luke from King & Country and have known their extended family for years. Just want to say they are the real deal from a wonderful Christian family and even ministered to and blessed me at the time personally as well.
