Listen carefully people. The defense wants her to testify not the prosecution. She doesn’t want to help the defense

I know they caught the guy who did it but the whole case is still super strange, I really hope the truth comes out in the trial.

Testify in his defense? Man that's insulting

Y’all didn’t even listen to the whole report (obviously) 🙄before coming up with wild AF disrespectful conspiracy theories. “No useful information, why isn’t she talking, she didn’t tell the cops this or that— etc.” ✋🏾 The reporter literally just told you that the judge quickly issued a gag order for anyone involved in the case as not to interfere with the investigation. Meaning they were/are legally not allowed to talk about it publicly, you guys have no idea what She told the police. And as for why wouldn’t she want to testify? BECAUSE it was requested by the defense, they want her to testify FOR him, like in DEFENSE of the monster that m*rderer her friends (allegedly). Also, she lives in Nevada not Idaho, requiring a witness via subpoena to testify in another state for a PRELIMINARY HEARING of a Criminal Defendant, yeah that’s not how it works. Which is a pretty critical part of the story that was kind of skimmed over— THIS IS NOT A TRIAL, she hasn’t said anything about testifying
or not in trial but I imagine she would be a witness for the prosecution and the defense would have an opportunity for cross examination but this is just a preliminary hearing to determine probable cause, nothing she could say would have any bearing on probable cause, officers detailed physical evidence when he was arrested and that’s only what they told us/were allowed to tell us about, plus an eyewitness statement. So yeah he’s definitely getting charged and going to rot while he awaits a court date in Maximum.. the POS💩(allegedly) - has not even entered a plea yet but they clearly have probable cause.

the only thing that makes no sense to me is the only surviving roommates waited 8 hours to call authorities, 8 HOURS! this case in my opinion has yet to be fully cracked open. did he do it? did he act alone? idk if he’s guilty, but this whole case makes no sense

I feel bad for her, but I see no way she can avoid testifying. What she saw no one should have to witness, but the defense will look for any opening and, sadly, attacking innocent witnesses is part of the deal.

Dylan being a witness I understand, but I thought Bethany claimed to have been asleep throughout the entire night. It seems like the defense's strategy is to put the roommate's characters on trial and confuse the jury.

At first I thought she didn't want to help the DA, but this is horrifying! I hope the judge blocks it.

Oh this entire case is so devastating and heart breaking . I can’t even imagine being the one who was left to survive with out injury .

There is NO EXCUSE for Dylan not calling the police IMMEDIATELY after seeing a masked man in the house.
She said, she was frozen in fear?!!
If that's true, and she was so scared, then WHY Didn't SHE CALL THE POLICE???!!
It MAKES ZERO SENSE! WHEN THE POLICE WERE CALLED, 8 HOURS LATER, it was reported that someone was
" unconscious" REALLY???
DID THEY NOT SEE ALL THE BLOOD???
GET REAL!! WHY IS HER LAME EXCUSE, THAT MAKES NO SENSE
BELIEVED?!

You don't call the cops for 8 hours after the murders, and now you don't want to help put this monster behind bars. With friend like her you don't need ennemies.

What a senseless murder. Those young adults were just starting out their lives bothering no one just making memories with each other everyday.

It sucks but I would do it. If he really is guilty, my testimony would put him in jail. If they got the wrong guy, I would want him to be set free so that they could find the real killer.

If they were your friends, you would think she would want to share what she knows. Very shady 🤔

So many people in these comments with such strong opinions on a matter they clearly know absolutely nothing about. Absolutely ridiculous.

She is VERY SHADY, She waited for 8 hours before calling the Police! Who does that?

The biggest blame is on the stupid police investigators when they said that the surviving
roommates have nothing to do with the crime although they have waited 8 hours to call
police after they saw the killer in the house .

Wow how dare this defense attorney do his job and make sure his client has a fair and balanced trial? It's not like we've seen murder convictions get thrown out in the US for unfair trials lol
