Very good answer from Sadhguru. A child shouldn't be responsible about loneliness and the parents can't necessarily be there if they both have to go out and make a living. This is a larger problem of how society functions and it's becoming a difficult challenge all over the world, not just India

When you create you should care take till time it is no longer required because every action has a equal and opposite reaction. If you are not there for your kids when they are lonely they will not be there for you when you are lonely and old

Grandparents can certainly play a wonderful role, when parents are away. They are more than guardian😇angels to many of us. Someone told me that children cared for by grandparents tend to get targeted by child abusers; but, it need not be so every time. One of my friends was cared for by his grandparents because both of his parents were working. They took such great care of him and his little bro that he always regards his Granny much much... more than his own Mom. ☺

This is the situation caused by the concept of nuclear family. the importance of joint families can be felt under such situations but sadly the working couple don't seem to see this glaringly simple solution.

Yes our children need loving and caring atmosphere for proper growth and development. Sadguru is a true blessing of almighty God. Some people said that sadguru never give a solution or answer for any problem or questions but we seek within ourselves than we will get answer for every question.

Joint families can give a suitable answer and support to working parents' children where the elderly can fill the gap. Unfortunately, we are breaking the joint family structure knowingly or unknowingly. No outsider can replace the gap.
