That's a cool take on it. The three steps, I mean.

Concerning a website: I agree, everyone should one. But I think it's important to make clear what legal implications come with this. In this privacy-focused era, every website (even if it's not generating money yet) needs a couple of things: a privacy policy, a cookie statement, and maybe (depending on country-specific regulations) even an opt-out solution for data collections and cookies. Because every website that includes social media buttons, comment forms, newsletter sign-up forms, ads, etc. is collecting personal user data and is (most likely) sharing it. This means, users have a right to opt-out of this or request the deletion of their data. And you're responsible for giving that option. Unless you have a person hired to do this work for you.

Squarespace, WordPress, and co. make it easy to create a website but I feel like they're informing too little about these legal requirements with their free or paid sites.
