It’s called Real Estate Wholesale, for anyone curious.

Basically you’re the middle man between investors and a home owner.

You look for properties with potential to get remodeled or cleaned up in order to up the value. (Driving, Zillow, etc)
Next, you contact the homeowner, find out why the property is distressed, and if they are looking to sell it for slightly lower than market price, in a short period of time for all cash and closing fees covered. You then put the house under a for sale contract.

Once you have the house under a contract, you then research real estate investors (those “we buy houses” people) and send a proposal to sell them the buying contract for a fee. (This is where you add the difference of what the market value for the property is)

(Also, the fee you charge is a service fee… basically because you did the research for the investor to get him a good deal that he can now put money into and flip that property for profit!)

And boom, that’s basically it.
You just find properties and negóciate a good price, put the sale agreement under a contract, and sell that contract for $5000+ profit!

Their are multiple ways to be creative and not depends on someone for surviving, im a nurse and i established a male haircut saloon i didn't do it by myself i employ an external to run the outfit, another of my invest was buying digital assest although it wasn't easy with these ends i have to excerise pentience with its, sometimes lazyness have hindered so many people not to archive their objective. my advice to anyone living on lack of funds should make a research on what do with little cash at hand.

Wouldn't you need to establish that with the seller of the house first? See if they're selling that household, agree on a price, then talk to the investors?
