Great video man!! Really good! And informative.

So really what we saying.. its better to have a general aerobic base before implementing high intensity anaerobic workouts. So recovery is better from high intensity!!

I ve done crossfit/higj intensity workouts i funs these put great stress on the body!! Sand days after really fcuks the nervous system. Woukd a general aerobic base lessen tye negative effects of high intensity work
