Join me for a 50 minute meditation for inner peace.

The Max Meditation System was created by Gudni Gudnason, Founder of the Modern Mystery School, and is composed of 5 parts.

1. Relaxation - relaxation is hugely important for a successful meditation. If we are not relaxed, we simple are mentally processing, not releasing. This first part of the meditation puts the body in a relaxed state.

2. Passive Meditation - passive meditation is typically what is thought of when we think about meditation; being the observer and having no thoughts. While passive meditation is one form of meditation it is not the only way.

3. Active Meditation - The active meditation of the Max Meditation System uses kotodama, which means 'holy word' in Japanese. This section of the meditation is my personal favourite because it cleans out the mind, for real. This leaves you more positive and connected to your inner truth.

4. Guided Meditation - Guided meditation works your imagination and allows you to learn to redirect your mind. Excellent for opening up creativity, imagination and innovation.

5. Soothing Down - Soothing down is slowly bringing us back into our body.
