Only 3.3k views?!? Vastly underrated. These are golden nuggets and diamonds. If not enough people watch and share they won't make more. How can we promote these Echelon Front team? Happy to do so as I value your work a lot as it should be. You guys are bringing great wisdom for aspiring great leaders. So even if 3.3k people watch it if only 10% of them will do great things with this knowledge, I think it's still worth continue doing these. Much respect Lieutenant Commander Babin! I salute you.

I had a member of my team thank me today for explaining what the overall goal was and then getting out of their way to get it done. Decentralized command works. Period. Thank you sir for the powerful lessons and history all wrapped into one.

Was there a week before you guys… wish I could have stood another week to take part in your lessons at Gettysburg. Good work by all; Omna int and JD. Etc..

Excellent presentation. ( Buford's efforts as good as they were would still have not been sufficient to keep the confederates from completely dislersing the Union Army back into Maryland ( to Pipe Creek) if Ewell had been more aggressive and focused on the oveall objective and bad understood the ramifications of not continuing to drive the yankees beyond Cemetery Hill, Culps Hill and thecRound tops which couod have easily been done . (If only timid Ewell could have been replaced with Stonewall as it has been conjectured --- Gettysburg would have been just a continuation of the great and glorious string of victories but then Kee may very well have attacked the prepaded fortifications at Pipe creek if there was not a demanded cease fire the same thing as July 3rd could very well have happened.
