Hi guys, think we know each other from Insta 😃 we’ve just subscribed, even though we are from the other side (Motorhome owners) 🤣🤣 lovely caravan 😍 sorry to hear your having problems with it, if I were you I would give it back to where you bought it from and ask them to fix it for you, you don’t need that hassle especially when it’s in storage and you have no charging facility - sounds like whatever part it is is faulty and probably won’t be resolved by a full charge - sorry we couldn’t help you more but hopefully someone will see your video and comment with some help for you. I've had the red light come on a few times in France, which had me panicking. I cleaned the stabiliser pads and seems to be ok. It was very dry and dusty in France, and the caravan was squeaking and squealing like a baby pig. Hope you get it resolved.

Hi I had the same fault, spoke to main dealer who advised to leave it plugged in over night! Which I did and it worked. Apparently the memory only holds 12 faults or activations. Once full it turns red. One fault takes one hour of careful driving or being plugged in to clear. To clear the full memory takes 12 hours. Seems a bit strange to have such a small memory! I wonder if it can be upgraded?

My caravan is currently with the dealer awaiting the supply of a replacement ATC controller after the wheels locked up on arrival at a site. The dealer says that word in the trade is that Alko have used sub standard semiconductors after their usual supply was cut by the Ukraine war. Was that an excuse. Our previous caravan with ATC worked fine for 9 years.

Hi I have the same red light, made a lead up cigarette lighter socket to 13 pin socket wired to 9 and 13.
Pin 9 being the positive and 13 the negative the idea works however it did not clear the fault.
There’s enough give n the window rubber to let you feed it out of the front window.

I m no caravan expert but had a few issues with atc light flashing and was advised to buy a tool for realignment of the pins in the caravan plug. There really cheap and available from dealers shops and eBay. This might not be the fault with yours but thought I would mention this as you said you had difficulty plugging it into the car electrics. Good luck getting it sorted 👍

I have the same problem
Red light on permanent.
I have bought a 13 pin pre wired tow bar socket. Only down side the one I bought was only wired with eight core wire, so I moved 2 wires over to pin 9 and 13,
Had it coneccted to 12volt for 24 hours, still not working.
