Ask and Embla were the names of the first two humans in Norse mythology, which also explains the item descriptions!

Yes, Flametal armor is the set with the most armor. But I feel safer on Embla with 3 ashlands eitr foods, protection staff + wild staff. Usually with flametal cape in the ashlands, switching to feather cape just for long falls / jumps. There is of course a case to be made for mixing and matching sets.

I can't wait for the deep north update. I'm so done with ashlands. Currently playing a new character on my server without using our city or bases.
